Physical Products (Ceramics, Prints, Objects)

We gladly accept returns of physical items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund.

Digital Products (PDF books and downloads)

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales of digital downloads are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
